Ivy Gardner is an entrepreneur, creative visionary, author, advocate, speaker, and community builder dedicated to helping people grow in identity, purpose, and impact.
At the heart of everything Ivy creates is a commitment to human connection. Through entrepreneurship, storytelling, advocacy, and community building, Ivy is passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, valued, and empowered to grow. Her work has always lived at the intersection of creativity and connection, rooted in the belief that authentic transformation begins with authentic relationships and that every story has the power to create meaningful impact.
As the founder of Vineyard Collective, Ivy leads a creative ecosystem of businesses, brands, and community initiatives where stories take root, voices find expression, communities grow stronger, and purpose becomes impact. Vineyard Collective was created to bridge the gap between vision and action, helping individuals, organizations, and communities grow through creativity, collaboration, service, and opportunity.
In 2026, Ivy began a personal recovery journey that would become one of the most transformative chapters of life. What began as a commitment to healing became a renewed sense of purpose and a deeper understanding of the power of community, belonging, and second chances. That experience inspired the creation of ROOTWORK Collective™, a nonprofit dedicated to helping people rebuild identity, cultivate connection, and discover new possibilities through recovery, creativity, and personal growth.
Today, Ivy regularly shares lived experience with individuals navigating recovery, major life transitions, identity loss, and personal transformation. Through speaking engagements, mentorship, advocacy, and community partnerships, she encourages others to believe that healing is possible, growth is attainable, and purpose can emerge from even life's most difficult seasons.
As an author and founder of IMaGine Creative, Ivy develops books, resources, and creative projects centered on growth, resilience, faith, and self-discovery. Through Vocal Vine Studios and the artist project VyneNoir, Ivy explores the intersection of music, storytelling, voice, and creative expression. Across every branch of Vineyard Collective, the mission remains the same:

Today, more than anything, Ivy believes that growth begins beneath the surface. Like a seed planted in unseen soil, transformation often starts long before anyone else can see it. The work of healing, rebuilding, creating, and becoming may not always be visible, but it matters.
