Vineyard Collective is rooted in a simple belief:
People are not broken. People are becoming.
Founder Ivy Gardner created Vineyard Collective as a living ecosystem of businesses, brands, and community initiatives designed to help stories take root, voices find expression, communities grow stronger, and purpose becomes impact.
From recovery and publishing to music, entrepreneurship, athletics, and hospitality, each branch serves as a unique expression of a shared mission: helping people grow.
Growth begins beneath the surface. Like a seed planted in unseen soil, transformation often starts long before anyone else can see it.
Every branch of Vineyard Collective reflects that belief: people, communities, and ideas grow when given the opportunity to take root.
Stories of Impact
Real stories of growth, belonging, creativity, and transformation from across The Vineyard Collective Branches.
Recovery. Creativity. Community. Transformation.
Recovery
"Listening to Ivy speak helped me see recovery differently. Instead of focusing on everything I had lost, I started thinking about who I could become. The message gave me hope, direction, and a renewed belief that growth is possible, no matter where you're starting from."
— Recovery Program Participant, Columbus, Ohio
Creativity
"Within the past few years Ivy has provided our project with a comprehensive marketing solution including branding, web design and merch store which have proven a primary connection point with our supporters. She has a holistic understanding of our desired image and goals; we greatly appreciate the level of detail and positive energy she brings. We look forward to working with Ivy more in the future!"
— Amy & Doug W., Musicians, Delaware, Ohio
Community
"What I found at ROOTWORK was more than a network. It felt like a community from day one. People genuinely care about each other, celebrate each other's growth, and show up when it matters most. The support, encouragement, and sense of belonging helped me grow in ways I couldn't have imagined. For the first time in a long time, I didn't feel like I was carrying everything alone."
— ROOTWORK Collective™ Community Member, Columbus, Ohio
Transformation
"I came looking for direction and left with a mission. Through authentic conversation, meaningful connection, and a message rooted in growth, I gained clarity about who I am and who I want to become. This wasn't just personal development. It was true transformation."
— Recovery Community Member, Dublin, Ohio
